Trying to eat greener in the morning. this recipe was in my newspaper for greens and eggs. Fast and simple. Stir fry some fresh greens, cabbage, onion and peppers. Season as you like with garlic, pepper and cinnamon. Add an egg and finish as you like. I added a little manderine orange too.
