For vegetarians you can use seaweed, flaxseeds, and chia seeds. 🔘 Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium. 🔘Fish is packed with protein, vitamins, and nutrients that can help reduce the risk of a heart attack. Ways To Prepare Fish: 🔘Sauté fish with your vegetables and add in teriyaki sauce. 🔘Bake fish in the oven wrapped in aluminum foil with lemon and asparagus. 🔘Grill fish and add your favorite herbs to add some flavor.
