Good morning MH Family! Carbs (especially bread) and sweets are what I eat the most. My goal is to cut back on those things that are not that healthy for me. My A1c needs the help. Though Dave's Killer bread is on top of my fridge, I haven't had any in TWO days. I'm taking baby steps. Today's breakfast is served: Oikos Plain non fat greek yogurt Fresh Strawberries Raw organic pecans Shelled walnuts Unsweetened organic coconut flakes Everyone have a Blessed and Mighty Healthy Day! 🙏🏼
