Awww.... really wanted to attend Dr. Eric Debunks today but had a garden emergency. Thought I was going out for a quick watering but it's so dry and windy. Realized I better stake the tomatoes or they might break 💔. Also growing peppers; eggplant 🍆, zucchini, summer squash and cucumber 🥒. Various herbs. There's huge mint,, sage and Lavender that keeps coming back every year but I probably should cut them as they're taking over the whole yard...

Have trouble as a single person eating healthy. Anyone have some ideas to help me plan a healthy eating habit?
So nice to be able to just go out on my deck and harvest lettuce for salads...just cut outer leaves to 1/4 inch from the bottom and it keeps growing back! Those big Romaine leaves are great for sandwiches instead of bread....😋
