Skip S Yes! I'm vegan! One breakfast option you might want to try is overnight oats. You basically take equal portions of rolled oats (aka old-fashioned oats) and liquid (water or plant-based milk) and put them into a sealable single serving container such as a mason jar, stir it up to mix it, and then put it in the fridge overnight. The next morning, add fresh berries, banana, nuts, or whatever suits your fancy. Glad to meet a fellow vegan!

Angela C Hey Jacqueline! We have a parfait recipe that you can try on our recipe page ☺️. All you have to do is swap the greek yogurt for coconut yogurt. To make it low carb, you can swap the granola for Keto granola. Judy H Chia pudding! I put a couple of tablespoons of Chia seeds in a small mason jar and add 3/4 cup of lite, no sugar coconut milk or coconut water. Then add a little fresh fruit and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Cap jar and shake. refrigerate overnight. I make several jars at once for grab and go in the mornings
