Skip S There isn't a specific meal plan as such, but rather some general guidance that shows up day by day to help people make better food choices. If you're not seeing it in your daily activities, then I would suggest reaching out to your coach, who should be able to help you with any settings you need. As for specific meal plans, I have in the past found services like eMeals to be both helpful and flexible as to eating style. I currently subscribe to Forks Over Knives, as I now eat a strictly plant based diet and am striving to reach the holy grail of a whole food plant based (WFPB) diet in which there are no refined foods whatsoever. Although the scientific consensus points toward that as the healthiest diet for longevity, I realize that not everyone is willing to forgo the traditional foods found in the standard western diet.

Angela C Hey Nancy! I apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. After you fill out your nutrition questionnaire, you should receive a nutrition guide from your coach. I highly suggest messaging your coach so she can help you get your guide and help you with any further questions.
