Hey mighty companions, Since I've been consistent within the last 3 weeks, I have experienced a 7 lb. weight loss. Eating balanced, healthy meals, working out and logging my meals in daily helps me be accountable. It works if you work it. ππ

this is my first full day on the program and I am so confused to where to find the meal plan. I am logging in my foods and I don't know what to eat can somebody maybe explain that's been on the program for a while thank you so much.

My goodness! That milestone came quickly!
5 days now. Woohoo! One day at a time. Sticking with this program has been not too difficult so far. Thank you for the encouragement.
