Well guys, this was the first week, I am really surprised how much I better I feel emotionally. there is a great community within this app forum. Also, I am much more aware of what I eating now. simply because I am logging every meal and snack. Through this app I quickly realized I've been eating a lot of processed sugars.
I got started on this program.
