Last summer I got to a point where my weight has never been higher. I can blame the pandemic. I can blame my lack of activity but I'm not going to blame anything things happen so in the past six months I started at 297.7 pounds and as of this AM 252, this morning, however i've been this weight for the past three weeks, and I need to kickstart into a new program.
