I often feel like I'm slacking but then I realize that little by little I actually am working towards my goal. I appreciate the feedback from my coach and the awards/completion notifications 👍🏻💪🏼
Never did I ever... Patting myself on my back today! 🌞 Seeing progress in all areas is so motivating!
Well I have not been having mighty days- but I have been making some small changes and doing some reading most days. I don't want to be perfect, or at least I know I can't be. I just want to keep taking steps forward. I have made healthier dinners (zucchini boats- yum! veggie spring rolls and garlic butter chicken with asparagus) and I've stocked up on healthier snacks. I'm down a couple pounds. I just need to do something almost every day.
Coming up on my deck, Patio tomatoes and husky cherries that can take the heat...also lettuce and the white pot is Venidiun Orange Prince flowers for the soul...hope they make it because I can't wait to see them!🌞

I have officially lost 21 pounds since January and with the video exercises feel a lot stronger and more flexible. I really love Mighty Health. It has certainly helped me physically and mentally.
I love the variety of workout videos! They are definitely motivating me to exercise!
