Hey Mighty Family! November is all about giving thanks and expressing gratitude towards not only others, but ourselves! Every Wednesday for the month of November I will be posting a Gratitude challenge for you all! Week 2 challenge: Take the Guided Gratitude Walk in your Mighty Health app. This walk will help you not only get your movement in but also reflect on this past year and ways that you can show gratitude. You can find this under your Explore Tab > workouts > filter by Cardio & Mobility > select the At Your Pace- Guided Walks with Lindsay and choose the first workout. When in the next week can you make time for a gratitude walk?
