Happy Friday! Here's another coach tip for the day. Coach Tip: Kabobs are a quick and fun way to grill a nutritious meal during this lovely warm weather we are having! Use some olive oil spray and sprinkling any seasoning you want for a dynamic flavor! You can mix it up with different proteins like shrimp, scallops, beef, chicken and pork. Then choose your favorite veggies that will hold up to the grill like onions, peppers, tomatoes, squash, zucchini, corn on the cob bites, pineapple and mushrooms. We eat with our eyes so make it as colorful as possible! Feel free to post pictures of your creative kabobs if you want to share😀
