Hanging in there!!
When I was still workong, I was a scientist. I love physiology. Recently I've been reading The Obesity Code by Dr. Jason Fung. It's hammered in for me how brilliantly Mighty Health has simplified solutions to our obesity. Cut out sugar. Eliminate processed foods. Avoid soda. And so much more. If you are making major changes such as these, stay the course. At the very least you may reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes.
Sometimes it’s easy to forget that we are not working to be perfect, but that we are working towards progress. It can be easy to downgrade the progress we have made, even if it’s small, if we still feel things are out of place. Always remember that no ones journey is ever linear and your path may look different that someone else’s. As long as we keep taking small strides, those strides will turn into leaps. Keep pushing forward, one day at a time!

Slow and steady
Made my first Overnight Oats from the Mighty Health recipes. didn't use the banana though. Hoping the the fresh strawberries will be the sweetness.
Im trying to get more steps in!
