I walk my dog almost every morning walking about 2 mile. Winnie, my dog stops frequently to check and leave messages so zi am not sure how good this exercise is for me.
Heeeyyyy! Mighty Companions. I just completed a dance class tonight at my local gym. It was fantastic but most of all fun. I was drenched with sweat, and I had a great time while burning calories. I hope your day was mighty! ๐
