This is probably the longest I've "stuck' with a health plan. I feel so good about the milestones I've met. Yay for me!!
I love taking walk on the nature trails through my town. Yesterday I saw a red shouldered hawk during my walk. Never would see that in my house. I have been walking about 2.6 miles a day for the last 6 weeks.
Hi Everybody! I need lots of encouragement! Starting over! I've been sick since last Sunday, worst day was yesterday. Feel a bit better today I've not been taking care of my health even before I got sick. Reason doesn't matter. Part of me feels like a failure. I know that's not true.
Its been hard since my surgery 3 weeks ago. still very sore and can't flex or bend yet. Trying to get walking in but then I caught the flu. so tired all the time and nauseated constantly so I don't eat. what does everyone recommend???
