Thank you to everyone that made it to the Self Compassion event on Wednesday! It was great to have group discussions about negative self talk and how it plays a role in our lives. We think thousands of thoughts every day and 80% of them are negative. It’s time to take control over those thoughts and show yourself a little love! Over the next week, take some time to think about something negative you have told yourself over the last week. Write down that statement, then write down a response to that statement if your loved one came to you with that same thought. Practice reframing negative self talk into positive self love. YOU are wort it ❤️
