Introducing the June Brain Booster Challenge!

It's National Alzheimers and Brain Awareness Month, and to celebrate everything our brain does for us, we are hosting a month-long Mighty Family challenge all about brain health!

The Brain Booster Challenge consists of 4 themes to help you take care of all aspects of your brain — an essential mix of cardio, yoga, mindfulness, and good sleep habits. It's the perfect series to help you practice healthy brain habits and learn more about caring for your brain.

For the first time, we will have a special Challenge Mighty Group so everyone can share their progress and cheer each other on! We'll also be posting journal prompts that will help you to reflect throughout the month.

Everyone who completes all 12 tasks in the track by June 30th will be entered into a raffle to win a self care and brain health basket!

To enter the challenge, just go to the Explore tab in the app and add the Brain Booster track to your schedule!
