Mighty Health Presents: Mighty Holidays!

Happy Holidays!

Here at Mighty, we love the holidays—the time spent with family, the break from the stress of the year, and the time to appreciate everything around you! 2020 has been a year unlike any other, and we could not have gotten through it without our Mighty Health Community.

To give back to our amazing community, we will be hosting an event series called Mighty Holidays to help you decompress and take care of yourself as this year comes to an end.

This event series is our gift to you! Each of the events is free and open to the public, so invite your friends and family to celebrate the season together.

Read on to learn more about our four live events!

Health Tips Q&A with Dr. Bernard Chang

The first Mighty Holidays event will be a live Q&A with Dr. Bernard Chang about how to stay healthy during the holidays. The holidays can be a stressful time full of unhealthy food temptations, and we need all the healthy tips and strategies we can get!

Dr. Bernard Chang is the Chief Medical Officer of Mighty Health and the current Vice Chair of Research at Columbia University. He will be answering your questions, dispelling myths, and giving helpful tips that you can use during this holiday season.

Healthy Baking and Barre

Next in our event series is Healthy Baking and Barre with Mary Aschieris! We all have cravings this time of year, so we thought it would be fun to create a healthy alternative. The best part is that these cookies only need 3 ingredients to make.

Because these cookies are so simple to make, we thought we would throw in a 30 minute barre class too while they are baking. Your kitchen is the perfect place to do barre class at home because you can use your countertop to stabilize yourself while we go through the moves.

Never done barre before? Don't worry! Mary has years of professional experience teaching barre at places like Purebarre and will guide you through this beginner class.
