Introducing the August Summer of Strength Challenge

Did you know that strength training is an amazing way to increase balance, improve your mental health, and promote vitality as you age?

This August, we'll be embarking on a Summer of Strength Challenge! Over the next month, you'll learn new strengthening training exercises, build muscle and improve your overall health! 💪

This challenge will consist of 8 strength training workouts, and have a beginner and intermediate track so that you can choose which level is best for you and your goals! If you do not know which level is best for you, your coach will be there to help you decide. We will also have a challenge group chat so that you can connect with the Mighty community and cheer each other on!

Everyone who completes all 8 workouts will be entered to win a prize of a strength training workout set of weights and resistance bands!

To enter the challenge, just go to the Explore tab in the app and add your preferred Summer of Strength track to your schedule.
